Product Care & Servicing

  • Service the machine according to the service cycle indicated on the sticker on the reverse of the machine.
  • Regular servicing by authorised personnel helps maintain reliability, performance, and helps avoid non-warranty issues.

  • Our technical department will troubleshoot remotely where feasible and advise on next steps.

Product Return or Collection

  • Products must be delivered to our offices for inspection and assessment (or as otherwise directed).
  • We can arrange collection and delivery if requested, but transport costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Upon receipt, the product will be assessed to determine if the issue qualifies under the warranty.

Warranty Assessment & Outcome

  • If confirmed as a valid warranty claim, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
